What goes wrong

Ad networks and landing pages treat datacenter traffic as suspect and tailor what they show by country. Checking from your own desk shows you a version nobody else gets.

  • The ad you paid for never shows up when you check from home
  • The landing page redirects somewhere else for visitors in another country
  • Datacenter IPs get the bot version of the page, or nothing
  • A hijacked redirect only fires for visitors who look real

ISP IPs carry a home-ISP ASN, and you choose the country at checkout. That is the setup for checking one market steadily.

When it will not help

Ad networks target by signed-in profile and device as well as by IP. A proxy gets the location right. It does not give you somebody else's ad profile, and we do not sell mobile carrier IPs.

What is off limits

  • Clicking ads to drain a competitor's budget or pad your own numbers. That is fraud.
  • Bidding on someone else's trademark in ad auctions
  • Checking whether a phishing page or scam offer gets past ad review

Ad verification questions

Why ISP and not residential?

Ad verification usually means checking one market repeatedly. ISP lets you pick the country at checkout and keeps the same address. Residential has no country selector here. The pool covers 180+ countries and you get whichever one the rotation hands you.

Can I check mobile ads?

We do not sell mobile proxies. Setting a mobile user agent and viewport in the browser covers layout, but a network that targets by mobile carrier will see a home ISP.

Will the ad network see what a real visitor would?

It will see a consumer ISP address in the right country, which is what most geo and bot checks look at. Anything tied to a signed-in profile or a device fingerprint is outside what an IP can change.

Is ad verification allowed?

Yes. Ad verification and brand protection are on the fine list in our acceptable use policy. Clicking the ads is not.
