Big US storefronts decide a lot from your IP before you click anything: which currency, what ships to you, and sometimes whether the page loads at all. If your tracker runs from a VPS abroad, you are tracking a page no American sees. A US IP fixes the country. Can I get an IP in a specific US state?

This page promises the country and nothing finer. If your check depends on a state or ZIP code, set it on the site where it lets you: Amazon, for one, has a delivery-location box that takes a ZIP. Ask in Discord before ordering if you need more than that.

Will US Google results match what I see at home?

Close, but Google also personalises on language, history and your precise location. A clean US IP plus the gl=us and hl=en URL parameters gets you the generic US page, which is what a rank checker wants to compare against.
