That heading is not a joke. This is all of it.

|---|---|---|---|
| Residential (rotating) | $1.50/GB | $1.00/GB | 50 GB |

Crypto first, cards welcome.
A lot of our customers would rather not attach a card to a proxy purchase. That is a completely reasonable preference and we built around it.
Crypto
Processed through CoinGate and Cryptomus, covering BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC, SOL and ~70 more. Confirms in about a minute, and the processor fee is lower — which is the entire reason we nudge you here rather than any ideology about money.
Cards
Visa, Mastercard, Amex. Clears instantly. The descriptor on your statement reads ProxyMonkey, not a random four-letter acronym that makes you file a chargeback against your own purchase.
No invoicing, purchase orders, or net-30 terms. If you need those, you need a vendor with an accounts team, and that is not us.
Pricing questions
Is there a monthly fee or a plan?
No. There is one balance. You put money in, traffic takes money out, and the balance sits there until you use it. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
Does my balance expire?
No. Come back in a year and it will still be there. Expiring balances are a way of billing you for nothing, and we are not going to do that.
Exactly what bytes do you charge for?
The bytes that cross our network on your behalf: your request (headers and body) plus the response (headers and body), including TLS overhead on the tunnelled connection.
A connection that fails before it carries data costs nothing. Retries are billed, because they are real traffic, but each one appears as its own line in your log so you can see them.
How do the volume tiers work?
The size of a single top-up sets the rate, and that rate applies to the whole top-up. Buy 50 GB of residential and you pay $1.00/GB for all 50, not $1.50 for the first 49 and $1.00 for the last one.
There is no marginal-tier arithmetic and no retroactive rebate to chase.
Can I pay in crypto?
Yes, and it is the payment method we prefer. CoinGate and Cryptomus cover BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC, SOL and ~70 more. Crypto payments confirm in about a minute. Cards clear instantly.
What if I want my money back?
Ask within 7 days of the top-up and the unused portion goes back the way it came. One message in Discord or an email is enough. We do not require a reason and we do not void the refund because you used some of it.
Are there hidden fees?
No per-IP fee, no port fee, no concurrency fee, no setup fee, no minimum monthly spend. The gigabyte rate is the price. Payment processors take their own cut on the way in, which is why crypto is marginally better for both of us.
Prices are public. So is the support.
Ask what a job will realistically cost before you spend anything. People in the channel run this stuff daily and will give you a number.
