Every order includes
- Rotation: every request, or sticky up to 30 min, same rate either way
- HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS5
- Username-password auth or an IP allowlist
- Request-level usage log you can export as CSV
- The ASN type behind every IP, published
- Support from humans in Discord
Crypto first, cards welcome.
A lot of our customers would rather not attach a card to a proxy purchase. That is a completely reasonable preference and we built around it.
Crypto
Processed through CoinGate and Cryptomus, covering BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC, SOL and ~70 more. Confirms in about a minute, and the processor fee is lower, which is the whole reason we nudge you here.
Cards
Visa, Mastercard, Amex. Clears instantly. The descriptor on your statement reads ProxyMonkey, so you will not end up disputing your own purchase.
No invoicing, purchase orders, or net-30 terms. If you need those, you need a vendor with an accounts team, and that is not us.
Residential pricing questions
Does residential traffic I have paid for expire?
No. The balance never expires, and the terms fix the rate on a balance you have already paid for. If list prices change later, the change applies to your next top-up, not to the one sitting in your account.
What does the order size change?
The rate for the whole order. One GB costs $5.50. Buy 2 GB in one go and every GB in it costs $5.20; at 1,000 GB it is $1.75. The rung you reach reprices all of it, not only the gigabytes above the line.
Can I pay extra to pick the country?
No. Residential is sold as one pool spread over 180+ countries, and the order has no country setting at any price. If a job must come from one named country, ISP and datacenter are ordered per country.
Which bytes count toward a gigabyte?
Request bytes plus response bytes, headers included, on the tunnelled connection. A connection that fails before it moves any data costs nothing. Retries you trigger are billed, and each one appears as its own line in the usage log so you can see it.
Refunds, balance expiry and payment questions are answered once, on the main pricing page.
Not sure residential is the right buy?
Post the site you are after and roughly how much traffic you expect. Someone in the channel will tell you which line and which plan they would pick, before you spend anything.
