Do I need a PIN code as well as an Indian IP?

For delivery dates and some offers, yes. The IP gets you the Indian store; the six-digit PIN code you enter decides whether an item ships to you, how fast, and occasionally the price.

Should I track bank offers as part of the price?

Track them separately. Indian stores show instant discounts for particular bank cards next to the price, and those change more often than the price itself. Log the plain price and the best card offer as two numbers.
