ProxyEmpire sells rotating residential two ways: pay as you go from a single gigabyte, and monthly plans that cost less per gigabyte the bigger they are. Bandwidth you buy stays on your account until it is spent or the account is deleted, targeting goes down to city and ISP, and they take crypto.
At list price, their pay as you go is $7.00/GB and their monthly plans run from $5.71/GB on 7 GB to $3.00/GB on 1,000 GB; our order costs less per gigabyte than either at every size they publish. They also advertise a limited-time code, EMPIRE50, that takes those prices to about half. With it, their pay as you go is $3.50/GB, lower than ours on orders under 25 GB, and no lower from there up, and their monthly plans cost less per gigabyte than our order of the same size at every size they publish.
The differences that are not price: their sales are final unless they decide otherwise, and crypto payments are never refunded, while we return unused balance within 7 days of any top-up. They sell a $1.97 paid trial and mobile proxies, and we sell neither. And we log every request with its byte count.

They advertise the code as limited-time, and their page does not say whether it applies after the first payment. Their page shows the code price by default, with the list price struck through beside it; our table leads with the list price. That page does not say whether tax is added on top; our prices exclude it, so compare both totals at checkout.
Does ProxyEmpire bandwidth expire?
Not while your account exists. Their refund policy says pay-as-you-go bandwidth can be used until it is spent or the account is deleted, and that unused plan bandwidth stays usable after you cancel. Ours is a balance with no plan attached, and it does not expire.
What is the ProxyEmpire activation fee?
Their terms charge a fee to activate an account, and it doubles as a paid trial: $1.97 for 100 MB of rotating residential and 50 MB of mobile, as of 2026-09-30. Like their other charges, it is not refundable. We have no activation fee and no trial; the nearest thing is our $5 minimum top-up, and unused balance comes back within 7 days.
