PacketStream has one of the simplest price lists around: $1.00/GB for residential, one rate at every size, no subscription, and a balance that does not expire. Per gigabyte, that is a fraction of what we charge at any size.
The catch is the minimum. Their smallest order is 50 GB for $50.00. Below 13 GB our order costs less in total; from 13 GB up theirs does, even if you do not need all 50 GB.
Beyond price: they let you ask for a country on residential and we do not; they take card or PayPal and we take crypto as well as cards; their refund window is 24 hours from purchase and ours is 7 days from any top-up. And we log every request with its byte count.

If their balance never expires, does the minimum matter?
Only if you would not use the rest. $50 buys 50 GB that you can draw down for as long as it takes, so if you will get through it eventually, their rate wins. If you need a few gigabytes once, you are paying for traffic you will never send.
Can I pick a country on ProxyMonkey residential?
No. Our residential proxies rotate across the whole pool and cannot be pinned to a country. Our ISP and datacenter proxies can: you pick the country at checkout. If you need residential IPs from one country, PacketStream offers that and we do not.
