Evomi is one of the cheapest residential providers we know of that publishes its prices. Pay as you go, their rate is a fraction of ours at every size either of us sells, the traffic does not expire, and their monthly plan is cheaper again. If price per gigabyte is what you are choosing on, they win, and it is not close.
The one catch on price is the minimum: pay as you go starts at 15 GB. Their smallest order is 15 GB for $14.85. Below 3 GB our order costs less in total; from 3 GB up theirs does, even if you do not need all 15 GB.
Where we differ is the terms and the meter. Their refund policy makes pay-as-you-go purchases non-refundable; we return unused balance from any top-up if you ask within 7 days. We log every request with its byte count. They let you target a city or an ISP on residential, and we cannot target anything on residential.

Which one should you actually buy?
Pick Evomi if…
- Price per gigabyte is what you are choosing on. Theirs is lower than ours at every size either of us sells.
- You need residential IPs from a particular country, city or ISP. We cannot pin residential to a location.
- You use about 100 GB a month, where their monthly plan is cheaper still.
- You want to try before paying, or you need mobile proxies. They offer both; we offer neither.
Pick ProxyMonkey if…
- You need less than 3 GB, where our order costs less in total than their 15 GB minimum.
- You want a way to get unused balance back. Their pay-as-you-go purchases are not refundable.
- You want to see the byte count for every request, not a total.

Evomi is cheaper. Why would anyone pay more?
Only if the refund terms or the meter are worth the difference for your job. Their pay-as-you-go purchases are not refundable; ours come back within 7 days of a top-up if you have not used them. We log every request with its byte count so you can reconcile the bill against your own numbers. For a disposable job where neither matters, buy from them.
Can I target a city on ProxyMonkey residential, like on Evomi?
No. Our residential proxies rotate across the whole pool and cannot be pinned to a country or a city. Our ISP and datacenter proxies can: you pick the country at checkout. If your job has to come from one place on a residential IP, Evomi is the better fit.
